Why we're hiring
As we expand our global reach, we seek an experienced Director of Global System Integrators & Strategic Alliances to work with GSI’s, SI’s, and banking system platform providers to forge new revenue streams, help to scale our delivery teams, and extend the Alloy platform to allow our customers to make identity-centric decisions the defacto standard across all products, lines of business, applications, and transactions.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with global system integrators and strategic alliance partners that align with Alloy’s business objectives. This would include establishing relationships with Partner level executives across various domains, including functional subject matter experts in fraud, identity, banking and digital services. You’ll collaborate with leaders from Financial Services practices and Platform teams, such as Core Banking Systems, CRM, and Digital Teams. In partnership with Client Account Leads, you’ll develop a unified strategy to deliver safe and seamless digital financial services experiences, positioning Alloy as the enterprise platform for identity risk.
- Collaborative Growth Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to identify new opportunities for collaboration and expansion in target markets.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the success of partnerships, including overall sector performance, establishing strategic account engagement, to ensure alignment with business goals and fostering continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Alloy at industry events and conferences, positioning the company as a leader in identity verification and establishing strong brand presence.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term strategic objectives.
- Training and Enablement: Develop training programs and resources for partners to sell and implement Alloy’s solutions effectively, enhancing partner engagement and effectiveness.
What we're looking for
- Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or related roles, with a strong focus on global system integrators and strategic alliances in the tech industry.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies that drive growth and align with company objectives.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving or exceeding partnership-related KPIs and driving revenue through collaborative efforts.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the banking technology ecosystem, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Preferably with specific experience with the fraud and identity verification landscape.
- Team Player: Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to shared goals.
- Global Mindset: Ability to navigate and manage partnerships across diverse cultures and geographies, with a strong understanding of international business practices.

The following range is based on the scoped level within the organization and only for highly targeted geographies: $250,000-285,000/year.
