What am I looking for?
I am looking for an absolute champion that will be helping with day to day operations in the Customer Experience/Customer Success area of the business. You will have recurring tasks that you'll be responsible for on a daily basis, but also many one off tasks delgated to you frequently. You will be expected to not only perform all of these things at a very high level, but do so with limited oversight. You're an excellent communicator, are not shy on calls and are able to provide comprehensive reporting on the things you're responsible for. You're good with numbers and data, are not afraid to offer feedback and suggestions and are hungry for success. Only apply if this sounds like you!
What will you be doing?
Responsbilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and handling disputes.
- Reviewing suspicious transactions.
- Responding to less than 4-star review site submissions.
- Updating Trending Products catalog.
- Creating reports based on needs.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Taking high level notes and recording action items during meetings.
- Adapting to change in a fast paced environment.
- Learning new projects and tasks quickly.
- Communicating with me effectively.
- Always going above and beyond.
- Being extremely and consistently reliable.
What's the required experience?
- A firm understanding of the dropshipping business model.
- A firm understanding of eCommerce in general.
- A firm understanding of the Shopify platform.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work 8+ hours with zero distractions.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to create your own recurring tasks and always get the job done.
