Retail Operations Head - Ecommerce App

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operation Head to lead the launch and manage the operations of a new Retail Store Aggregator App. This role will involve overseeing the onboarding of retail outlets, managing customer orders, ensuring smooth daily operations, and leading a team to deliver excellent service. The Retail Operation Head will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the platform by optimizing the retail partnerships and operational efficiency of the app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Launch of the Aggregator App:
• Oversee the end-to-end launch of the retail store aggregator app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, marketing, and sales to ensure a successful launch.
• Develop and execute the operational strategies to ensure smooth onboarding of retail outlets and businesses onto the platform.
• Onboard Retail Partners:
• Build relationships with various retail outlets, including supermarkets, grocery stores, fashion retailers, and more, to onboard them to the platform.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide training and support to retailers to help them effectively use the app for managing their products, inventory, and orders.
• Operational Management:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the app, ensuring efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any operational issues and ensure app performance meets business goals.
• Ensure smooth communication between retail partners and the internal customer support team.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in launching or managing operations for an aggregator platform, e-commerce, or retail chain.
Experience working with technology platforms or apps within the retail space is highly desirable.
