Syptus is a technology marketing agency providing a broad range of digital marketing services to technology companies including funded startups, and mid-sized IT consultancies/ISVs.
We are looking to hire a lead generation specialist with a strong knowledge of digital marketing services and also with proven experience of prospecting in B2B environments. The candidate will work with our database marketing specialist who is currently in the process of collecting emails of prospective contacts.
Key responsibilities will include
- Customer segmentation: Understand our target market and selling priorities and develop detailed segmentation plans for outreach. Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential technology companies that align with our digital marketing services. This will primarily include linkedin prospecting and we will provide sales navigator login.
- Linkedin Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospects through various channels (email, social media, phone calls) - but primarily Linkedin. The candidate will be proficient in using Linkedin Sales Navigator to identify and contact prospects through InMail.
- Email marketing: Work with the email marketing specialist to setup drip campaigns and cold emails to be sent out to prospects
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet our target customer criteria and have the potential for conversion.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to tailor approaches effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. We currently use HubSpot and there are no plans to switch to any other system.
The candidate must be well versed in technology sector and have prior experience of working in similar roles in areas such as AI/ML services, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, Web Development, Marketing technology to name a few.

- To begin with, this is a fully remote role with a decent cash salary and also the potential to work on a profit sharing basis in future.
