As an Account Manager at Spacture AI, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and managing accounts to achieve long-term success. Your role is to ensure that clients’ needs are met, and our services exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions
Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives
Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of SaaS is a plus
