What You’ll Do:

1. Create Engaging Content: Develop and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos that resonate with our audience.
2. Manage Social Media: Assist in posting, and monitoring content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure consistency and engagement.
3. Analyze Performance: Track social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Engage with Followers: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Engage with Our Users: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (WhatsApp) regarding issues and product usage.
6. Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with our team on creative projects and promotional activities.

Who You Are:

1. Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing (BBA), Communications, or a BA/BCom.
2. Social Media Enthusiast: Deep interest in social media trends, with a knack for creating engaging and relevant content. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
3. Strong Communicator: Excellent command over written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Creativity: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) across various social media platforms. Execute social media campaigns aligned with overall brand goals.
5. Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights from data. Analyze and report on key metrics like engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to evaluate social media performance.
6. Team Player: Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
