Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing and/or content marketing, ideally within the fintech or proptech sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving lead generation, managing digital campaigns, optimizing online channels and building lead nurturing flows. They should be comfortable with analyzing performance metrics, working in cross-functional teams, and contributing to both paid and organic growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, planning, and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Execute and manage digital campaigns focused on lead generation, traffic growth, and conversions.
- Implement Lead Nurturing flows to optimise conversions
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and content, to optimize funnels and ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and performance optimization techniques.
- Support brand-building initiatives in collaboration with the content and organic growth teams.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Solid experience with performance marketing, particularly in running paid campaigns and optimizing for leads and conversions.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, funnel optimization, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of fintech, lending, or real estate industries is desirable.
