At DAZN Bet, we are opening up the world of betting and gaming for our customers, providing an interactive, accessible and social product. Ensuring a safe betting experience for sports fans across multiple regulated markets, whilst being able to enjoy their favourite sports via live streaming.
As Content Executive - UK, you'll mainly create and manage the daily content on our website to drive engagement with our audiences. In addition, you’ll also deep dive into the world of CRM - planning, executing and optimizing CRM campaigns to deliver customer engagement, retention and reactivation. Your focus will be on delivering effective content & campaign management and staying ahead of industry trends. Our objective is to provide unique customer experiences through tailored engagement.
Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our Content & CRM strategy in the locally regulated UK business. The job holder will be tasked to implement strategies and projects that deliver revenue upside to these areas.
As our new Content Executive at DAZN Bet, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Key stakeholder in supporting the content delivery of the regional playbooks to provide a structured front end customer experience.
- Understand and manage the sports schedule to define daily content strategies and priorities which will drive engagement by maximising our communication assets across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing and Casino Operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure that all regional content regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to
- Monitor and anticipate the sports betting & gaming trends incl. competitor reviews and provide the business with regular updates.
- You’ll be involved in planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business revenues across all customer touchpoints.
- Co-responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing and optimizing all marketing activities to drive conversion, retention and growth.
- Develop creative promotions and execute personalized campaigns using relevant communication channels to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive engagement.
- Manage relevant reports to execute qualification lists for promotions.
- Fulfil marketing promotional campaigns through automated and manual processes and ensure the cover of fulfilment outside core working hours.
You'll have:
- Experienced professional with minimum 1 year experience within the online gaming industry across Content & CRM – preferably with interest in both Sportsbook & Casino.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
- Someone with passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports.
- Professional with experience in operating CRM & CMS tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce or any other tools). Experience with Optimove is a plus.
- Someone who will put business performance at the heart of your approach, so you’ll be passionate about driving results and meeting revenue targets.
- Previous experience of managing customer lifecycle campaigns and delivering customer loyalty/retention is a plus.
- Smart, creative and bold, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical individual to evaluate marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of operating markets is crucial: local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions and marketing opportunities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills in English language.
