Position Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Director of Investor Relations who will play a pivotal role in leading our capital raising efforts and creating and maintaining strong relationships with investors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capital Raising Strategy: Create and execute a strategy aligned with growth goals, targeting diverse capital sources such as institutional investors and private equity.
• Investor Communication: Act as the main contact for investors, delivering clear updates on financials and strategy through presentations and reports.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong investor relationships, understanding their needs and serving as a bridge between management and investors.
• Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis, market insights, and support investor relations with models and reports.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and fundraising activities follow legal and regulatory standards.
• Market Intelligence: Track capital market trends and competitor activities to refine capital-raising strategies.
• Investor Events: Organize investor meetings, events, and presentations to highlight performance and opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and executive teams to align and support capital-raising efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Networker: Extensive contacts, skilled in building relationships with investors and financial institutions. Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relations in public or private sectors.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of markets, investments, and valuation, able to clearly communicate financial opportunities.
