THE ROLE
We're excited to bring on our first sales hire at Arya. You will work closely and directly with the CEO to lay the groundwork for, and execute against, the sales playbook for the company. In this role, you will:
- Source and engage with high-potential prospects and companies in the home health and home care space
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, phone and social channels
- Generate curiosity with potential customers by clearly articulating Arya’s value proposition
- Act as a consultative partner for potential customers; fielding questions and handling objections
- Once prospects have been qualified and a fit has been identified, execute a hand off to the CEO
- Diligently record and manage prospect and company information in a CRM
- Become an Arya expert, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product, competitive positioning and industry trends
- Be an Arya ambassador at industry events and conferences
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE FIRST 15-30-60 DAYS
By Day 15
You have been successfully onboarded and have the tools and setup needed to do your best work. You've met the team, and deeply understand the Values we live and breathe everyday, why we exist and the value our product delivers to our customers today. You've also undergone an extensive training in the principles of sales development, and have already started reaching out to prospective customers using Arya's existing playbooks and processes.
By Day 30
You've dramatically scaled your activity, and have booked your first meeting for the company.
By Day 60
You deeply understand the importance of your role to the company, and have started to make the role your own. In doing so, you now see many holes in our existing playbooks and process, and have started tweaking and scaling them with great success. The result: more leads, more meetings and prospective future customers for the business.
