Position Overview:
We are seeking a young and dynamic trainee (Customer Support and Testing) to join our Bangalore team. In this role you will conduct robot demos to internal and external prospects, sites/exhibitions, assist with QA activities. Ideal candidate should have technical degree and basic understanding about robotics field would be added advantage.

*Responsibilities *

• Conduct robot demonstrations at internal and external sites/exhibitions.
• Conduct robot training sessions for partners and new team members.
• Document test procedures, test specifications, and acceptance criteria for new and existing products.
• Conduct regular testing of robotic platforms and autonomy software
• Document test procedures, test specifications, and acceptance criteria for new and existing products
• Dig into product performance and test data to identify pain points
• Develop process improvements for acceptance testing of robotic systems

*Requirements *

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer/robotics engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to define requirements and capability to deliver test solutions
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Travel to customer sites, promotional events for product demos
• Basic understanding of ROS and Python
