Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Ability to create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for achieving targets.
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Seasoned entrepreneur/ ability to drive the PnL management experience in a fast-paced high-growth setup.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented bunch of people.

Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the Business.
Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
Required skills and Expertise:
A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management with a successful track record in sales/channel management in B2C segments.
5+ years of experience in high-paced, high-pressure startup.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
You should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
You should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
Local Language Proficiency is preferred.
