Podscribe is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the podcast advertising industry. Our cutting-edge platform helps brands efficiently find, manage, and scale their podcast ad campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Senior Product Marketer to join our team part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we continue to expand.
About the Role:
As a Senior Product Marketer at Podscribe, you’ll be responsible for announcing and promoting our existing and new features across various channels. You’ll work closely with our product, sales, and design teams to communicate the value of our platform effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex features into clear, compelling messages that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Feature Announcements: Lead the promotion of all existing and new features across LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates, and other channels.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for product announcements, including blog posts, email updates, social media posts, and video scripts.
Webinars & Demos: Host occasional webinars and live demos to showcase product features and benefits to customers and prospects.
Help Center Development: Work on building and maintaining the help center, creating comprehensive documentation and explainer content for all products and features.
Product Release System: Design and implement a system for effectively launching new products and features, ensuring all teams are aligned and customers are informed.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the customer support team to gather feedback, address common queries, and create customer success stories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and features.
Assist with Product Management (Nice to Have): Support the CEO with product management tasks, such as feature prioritization and coordinating between teams.
Qualifications:
Product Marketing Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or ad-tech industry.
Technical Understanding: Must be decently technical, with the ability to understand and explain complex product features and benefits.
Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and communication skills with experience creating engaging content for a variety of channels.
Customer-Centric Approach: Good with customers, capable of translating their needs and feedback into effective marketing messages.
Webinar & Demo Experience: Comfortable hosting webinars and product demos, engaging with customers and prospects in a professional and approachable manner.
Ad-Tech Experience (Preferred): Ideally, experience in the ad-tech industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the market.
Location Requirement: Must speak English and currently residing in the U.S.
Product Management Support (Nice to Have): Experience working closely with product management or supporting CEO-level product strategy is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive Compensation: Compensation will be competitive and aligned with market standards for similar roles. Note that the "Wellfound Estimated" range may not align with the range being offered for this role.
