Multimedia Designer

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia Designer located in Noida. We are seeking a talented multimedia designer to join our team. As a multimedia designer, you will have to design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content.
To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch multimedia designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality animated content that engages website viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Create and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, tutorials, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and develop creative content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual content.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet with stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
• Conduct research on media techniques and design ideas.
• Create original artwork, digital images, and animated sequences using computer animation software.
• Record, edit, and encode audio files to complement visual content.
• Perform media edits based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Film, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in multimedia design, including graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision and Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Basic knowledge of web publishing software is desirable.
