UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and functional designs.
Design pixel-perfect user interfaces and visual assets, ensuring consistent brand identity.
User Research & Testing:

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand pain points and user preferences.
Create user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to capture user behavior and experience.
Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience.
Interaction Design:

Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design solutions and communicate ideas clearly to developers and stakeholders.
Design intuitive and engaging interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance user engagement.
Collaboration:

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX design and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure that the app design aligns with brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and mobile technologies, continuously improving app design and user experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on mobile app UI/UX design.
Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of mobile-first design principles, responsive design, and best practices for iOS/Android platforms.
Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and mobile app development is a plus.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and UI/UX best practices.
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or Marvel for creating interactive user experiences.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent communication skills.
Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
