Head of Inside Sales - AI Healthtech Startup

What You’ll Do
As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a crucial part of our growth. This role is all about driving outreach, building relationships, and helping aesthetics professionals understand the power of our AI patient acquisition and engagement platform.

• Lead outreach to healthcare professionals and medspas in the aesthetics industry
• Educate clients on the benefits and value of our cutting-edge AI technology
• Engage leads through calls, emails, and demos, converting prospects into loyal customers
• Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to understand client needs and feedback
• Drive sales growth by hitting and exceeding monthly targets

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with grit, creativity, and a deep understanding of healthcare sales. Ideally, you’ve worked in healthtech or medical sales, and you know how to speak the language of healthcare professionals. Bonus points if you’ve worked with aesthetics or medspa clients!

• Proven experience in inside sales within the healthcare industry (aesthetics industry experience is a HUGE plus)
• Strong communication skills – you’re great on the phone, in emails, and you can sell without sounding like a robot
• Tech-savvy – you can quickly learn and articulate the value of AI-driven products
• Hunter mentality – you thrive on seeking out new business and closing deals
• Passionate about innovation – you get excited about cutting-edge tech and aren’t afraid to think outside the box
