raise capital for their investment offerings from retail (accredited) investors. We
created an innovative marketing solution that connects our clients with the right
investors, and is the future of tapping into $1.5T of accredited investor capital,
resulting in successful capital raises.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This
individual will serve as the backbone of our operational success, acting as a critical
liaison between our clients and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will be an
expert in our solution and our clients’ investment offerings, ensuring that all
campaigns are executed flawlessly from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the onboarding call
through campaign launch and ongoing support.
● Uphold our high standards by representing the Raise Ready brand effectively
in all client interactions.
● Strong emphasis on maintaining and enhancing client relationships
throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Operational Leadership
● Build, implement, and manage a robust project management platform to
streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
● Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely
delivery and quality standards are met.
Team Collaboration
● Liaise between clients and the fulfillment team, including copywriters, media
buyers, designers, marketers, and various other contractors.
● Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and
excellence.
Strategic Planning
● Collaborate with leadership to set the company vision and develop strategies
to achieve operational goals.
● Think in frameworks and systems to develop scalable solutions that support
company growth.
People Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage team members, promoting professional
development and high performance.
● Cultivate a positive team culture aligned with Raise Ready’s core values.
Qualifications
Experience
● Minimum four years project management experience with a proven track
record of building and managing marketing operational systems.
● Minimum four years running operations in a startup or scale-up environment.
● Experience in investments, investment banking, private equity, or finance is
highly advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency with project management tools and platforms.
● Proven experience leading project planning meetings and establishing a
structured meeting cadence that fosters accountability, transparency, and a
culture of performance within teams.
● Ability to think systematically and implement frameworks that enhance
operational efficiency.
● Stellar organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
● Must have top notch attention to detail.
● Friendly, empathetic, and professional client-friendly presence, but be able to
lead firmly and take charge when needed.
● Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Availability
● We are a globally distributed remote team with asynchronous and
synchronous collaboration.
● You must be able to work 9am to 5pm PST or CST hours, 40 hours per week.
You must be available and ready to collaborate.

company vision.

● Adaptability and hands-on management style.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.
● Additional certifications such as MBA, PMP, or relevant industry certifications
are a plus.
Compliance Knowledge
● Familiarity with industry compliance regulations and legal requirements is
beneficial.
Compensation
The compensation includes a Base of $2,000–3,000 per month, commensurate with
experience and qualifications, as well as a Performance Bonus that’s paid out
monthly based on campaigns launched, effectively removing your income ceiling.
