About the Role:
We are in search of a Deployment Specialist (Post Sales) that’s obsessed with making our customers successful with Reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong mix of technical security and business acumen that is able to fundamentally transform the way our customers work through Reach’s product. This role sits between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering, and strives to operationalize Reach in our customers’ environments, ensuring strong product engagement, driving renewals and expansions, and helping our customers deliver the best security possible. This role will identify processes, product capabilities, and deployment strategies that pave the way for Reach to scale quickly both with existing customers and new customers.
Your Impact
You will:
Understand each customer's security and business objectives and make an impact on them through Reach's product.
Drive operationalization and expansion in the use of Reach across the organizations we work with.
Spearhead and track each account's health metrics and create and carry out effective strategies to ensure our customers are happy.
Coordinate renewal workstreams and timelines, and drive renewals and upsells through delivering value and customer satisfaction.
Support sales and marketing activities when requested by joining calls, sharing thought leadership on the customer journey, and developing materials in the form of content or collateral.
Drive action on customer accounts through efficient, effective project management and customer-faced documentation (e.g. onboarding and best practice documents for using Reach) to track progress.
Understand and deploy a phased methodology for each stage of the customer lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, QBRs) and build real relationships with our customers.
Maintain ongoing, timely, and constructive support and communication with customers.
Collaborate internally through clear, effective account documentation (notes, health reporting) and communication.
Understand and communicate the goals and concepts of Reach supported products across Networking, IAM, Email, Endpoint, and more.
Understand the structure and function of IT & Security organizations - the teams and personas that make them up and their typical workflows.
Demonstrate understanding of Reach's product features and functionalities, and most importantly, the "why" behind our direction.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial. You will be entering a fast-paced environment and forced to think on your feet, often.
Strategic. You think in terms of outcomes and have the ability to deliver complex technical concepts in simple terms to both internal and external stakeholders.
Clear. You have strong written and oral communication skills and are comfortable presenting to customers.
Aptitude. You don’t have to know everything, but you must be able to pick up new cybersecurity technical concepts quickly.
Experience
3-5 years of customer facing experience in account management, consulting, or client engagement preferred.
Experience working with a cybersecurity SaaS product a plus.
Big 4 consulting (or similar security consulting) experience a plus.
Experience working with IAM tools, Email Security, EDR, and/or Firewalls a plus.
