Job Summary:
KoiReader is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support throughout the proposal process, manage contract preparations and reviews, and collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, sales leadership, and the CEO. The ideal candidate should excel in visual storytelling, possess clear and concise communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to engage effectively in conversations. Prior experience in product companies, familiarity with B2B SaaS pricing strategies, and knowledge of supply chain management are highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents and collateral.
• Manage the sales process from initial discovery through to contract signature, including SalesOps activities.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts such as NDAs, Service Orders, and Statements of Work.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to various stakeholders.
• Create visually compelling presentations to convey complex ideas and solutions effectively.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies related to Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Be a proactive self-starter, continuously improving sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Prioritize leads and opportunities, working closely with the sales team to ensure successful conversions.
• Leverage supply chain knowledge to provide clients with best practices and recommend solutions that drive value (preferred).
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic Adobe skills (e-signatures, document comparisons, etc.).
• Previous experience with product companies, B2B SaaS pricing strategies, and the supply chain industry is a plus.
