What you’ll do

Puck is a growing B2B business that cares deeply about the candidate impact of what we do. We are looking to accelerate our growth by bringing on a Growth Marketing Lead to own the demand generation strategy and execution for our business.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of scaled up and startup environments, bringing together analytical skills, creativity and a strong bias to action.

Where we need help

  • Innovate and develop step-changing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive short term and long term growth.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, email) and conversion rate optimization.
  • Analyze and leverage a data driven approach to decision making to help drive results.
  • Build relationships with partners and the industry in order to help define our product’s position in the market.
  • Own messaging and how we communicate with our prospective customer base including written and audio communication.
  • Create content that delivers on our brand building and growth targets, including through SEO.

  • Our buyer is midmarket and Enterprise recruiting teams.

  • Requirements are a background that demonstrates the skills needed to succeed in this role. We expect this is 5 - 10 years of relevant B2B demand generation marketing experience.

Our salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 for this role. However, we have a 1 month paid project that we’d like to hire someone to help with to start.
