Who You Are
We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Offline Media Manager to champion our brand and drive business growth through traditional media channels. You'll be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the nuances of offline media, including Out of Home (OOH), Direct Mail and Audio. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of campaigns, including strategy, budget management, implementation, optimization, and comprehensive measurement and reporting. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager, Paid Media and play a vital role in shaping our media investment strategy, deploying a substantial portion of the budget to drive impactful results.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and implement strategic plans: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand target audiences and media consumption habits. Craft data-driven strategies for OOH, Direct Mail and Audio, aligning them with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Channel Ownership: Be the subject matter expert in each of your channels (OOH, Direct Mail, Audio). Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Measurement and Analytics: Design and implement a robust measurement framework to track and analyze the performance of offline campaigns. This includes developing KPIs, identifying key metrics, developing test plans and utilizing relevant analytics tools to demonstrate the impact of offline marketing on brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and budget allocation to vendor selection, creative development, execution, and post-campaign reporting. Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (creative, sales, finance) and external partners (media vendors, agencies) to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and explore new and innovative offline marketing tactics to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to evolving consumer behavior.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in offline media, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies
- At least 2 years minimum of B2B experience, ideally SMB focused
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful offline marketing campaigns across various channels (OOH, Direct Mail, Audio)
- Deep understanding of traditional media buying strategies, negotiation tactics, and media metrics
- Expertise in measurement and analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Experience balancing brand awareness and demand goals
- Confident presenter and storyteller who can effectively convey POVs, results, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders
- Experience and enthusiasm for collaboration with cross-functional teams and forming successful relationships with stakeholders throughout the company
- A constant learner, with a pulse on the ever-changing media landscape
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $155,500.00 - $171,050.00 per year.
