Job Description:

Do you know how to create engaging content on Facebook and Instagram? Can you foster a supportive, fun community while driving meaningful conversations? As the Social Media & Community Intern at The Metapause, you’ll be instrumental in managing our social media channels, creating engaging posts, and interacting with our followers in a way that grows our presence and inspires engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow The Metapause’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and community updates.
• Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster a vibrant online community.
• Track social media metrics and analyze trends to inform future content strategies.
• Help plan and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with our brand.
• Stay on top of social media trends and find creative ways to integrate them into our brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and how to leverage them for growth.
• Creative thinker who knows how to keep communities engaged.
• Passion for women’s health and the ability to create content that is both fun and informative.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The first 3 months are unpaid, with the opportunity for full-time paying roles after the initial trial period. We also offer generous commission structures for sponsorship sales.
