Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help source and bring in new clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and secure new clients for our design services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with our agency’s goals.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within a creative or design agency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Experience in working with digital agencies or creative environments is a plus.
