Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated geographic regions, targeting companies ranging from 100 to 1000 employees. - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, understanding their business needs and positioning our services as solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to understand our service offerings thoroughly and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections, and closing deals in line with company policies and revenue goals.

- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. - Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling IT services. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating $5 million or more in revenue annually.
  • Deep understanding of the IT services industry, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
