We're on the lookout for a versatile, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Tenancy Operations Team and be a part of our rapid growth story. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, crave the opportunity to shape a department from the ground up, and are itching to revolutionize the rental industry, this is your moment!

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience

Working hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and every other Saturday (1/2 day) - with a 1/2 day back in lieu

Office location: Southwark (office base role, 1 day WFH post probation), note that the Saturday 1/2 day is WFH)

The role:

Lead the Charge from Intent to Move-In Magic: You're the maestro, orchestrating every step from payment received to keys handed over. Prioritisation and time management is key!
Craft Bespoke Tenant Journeys Fit for Royalty: From introductions to daily check-ins, you're the architect of unforgettable experiences. Keeping tenants at the heart of it all, you ensure they feel valued and supported on their path to moving in.
Stay Legislatively Sharp: Dive into the legal arena, staying ahead of the curve on tenancy agreements, safety regulations, and landlord-tenant laws. You're the guardian of compliance, ensuring we're always on the right side of the law.
Revive Deals, Seal Tenancies: When deals waver, you're the hero who swoops in to save the day. Collaborating with the sales team, you turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones toward successful tenancies.
Juggle Third-Party Marvels with Finesse: As the ringmaster of third-party services, you ensure a flawless experience for landlords. From maintenance to logistics, you keep the show running like clockwork.
Master Client Management: Cultivating lasting relationships is your forte. Through personalized attention and seamless communication, you effectively manage your onsite client contact.
Drive Departmental Innovation: You're not just a team member; you're a trailblazer. Through ad-hoc projects and creative initiatives, you propel us toward a brighter future, where efficiency and technology is at the heart.
