What You’ll Be Doing

1. Create Visual Identities: Design memorable brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and overall brand aesthetics that reflect the core vision of the client.
2. Design Consistent Brand Assets: Ensure consistency across all branded materials, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, packaging, and more.
3. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the internal design, strategy, and client teams to understand the project vision and translate it into effective visual solutions.
4. Develop Brand Guidelines: Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure visual consistency and integrity across all platforms and applications.
5. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Continuously stay informed about design trends, tools, and industry standards to ensure that all design outputs are fresh and relevant.
6. Deliver High-Quality Designs: Maintain a high standard of design quality, paying attention to detail, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the project’s objectives and deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in visual design, with expertise in brand identity, communication, and positioning strategy.
2. Brand Strategist: You’re not just a designer—you understand the business side of branding, including how to position brands strategically and communicate effectively to their audience.
3. Visual Design: A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and the ability to create cohesive, impactful identities. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools is a must.
4. Strategic Thinker: You understand how design influences perception and business outcomes. You’re capable of using design to solve branding problems and communicate core values.
5. Strong Communicator: You can articulate design concepts and strategy clearly to clients, collaborating with them to refine and enhance their brand identity.
6. Mentoring: You enjoy guiding and mentoring other designers, raising the bar on creativity and execution within your team.
