UI Designer

Overview:
We are looking for a designer to join our product team and work on our apps and business dashboard. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecyle right from ideation and research, wireframing and prototyping, designing, working with developers and reviewing final output.

You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different aspects of the product. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. We're looking for a designer who possesses product thinking and can take on product ownership.

About Futwork
Futwork is building a work from home platform for tele-callers. On Futwork, anyone across India with communication skills can signup and be trained as a tele-caller and then get matched with jobs. Callers use the mobile app to work and earn money.

Job Responsibility

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the CTO and Founder.
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
3. Design Graphic user interface elements for both website and App.
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the website or the App would function and look like.
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
7. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
8. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Eligible Candidates

• 3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of design projects of websites and apps
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date Knowledge of products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch
• Strong ability to map design requirements and stakeholders vision into understandable mockups
• Preferably from a Startup background
• Strong commitment towards Design Details.
• Team spirit, Strong communication skills and Good time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work remotely and autonomously

Desired Candidates

• Candidates having experience in working with a startup or product based company get an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 will be favourable
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
