Product Manager

Your responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap for the specific product area
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business to drive product strategy
• Own the functional requirements to develop features on the roadmap and ensure the execution of the feature through the stages of prototyping, visual design, engineering, testing, release and metric tracking
• Define product metrics, analyse the performance of the product against the metrics and take initiatives to improve product performance
• Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking as an input to product direction and feature design
• Partner with business on launches and sales collaterals, and product support required to support outbound marketing and sales activities.
• Work with the partner success team to manage and improve customer satisfaction and product adoption

Desired background & skills

• 3- 5 years of experience working as a product manager
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment
• Ability to write clear and concise product requirements, status updates and launch announcements
• Influential communication and storytelling skills that effectively communicate both the strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking that effectively interpret trends, adoption metrics and recommend paths to improvement
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to move cross-functional teams towards a common product goal
• Past experience with payments, lending, banking or any other fintech or financial institution
