Role Overview:
As the Co-founder (Marketing) at Cookzy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who can lead all aspects of marketing, from building brand awareness to user acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with other co-founders to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Cookzy’s growth objectives. This includes digital, offline, and content marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
Brand Development: Shape and evolve Cookzy’s brand identity to resonate with our target audience. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition efforts through performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and partnerships. Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Growth Hacking: Implement creative, low-cost marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of the platform. Test new ideas and quickly pivot when necessary.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Build strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to promote Cookzy and expand our reach.
Team Leadership: As the marketing co-founder, you will build and lead a marketing team, mentor junior staff, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to track marketing performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Customer Insights: Understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences through market research and user feedback. Use these insights to refine messaging, user experience, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a tech startup or consumer-facing platform.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand stories.
Experience in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
Leadership and team-building skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Passionate about the food and tech space and eager to contribute to Cookzy’s growth journey.
