Position Summary:
Upnyx Innovative Solutions is looking for a motivated and dedicated Employee Relations Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee relations within a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Employee Relations Intern, you will assist with various tasks that contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations programs and initiatives.
- Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the creation of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Help with the documentation and resolution of employee issues and grievances.
- Collaborate on projects related to employee recognition, wellness programs, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct research on best practices in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and training sessions.
- Support the maintenance of accurate employee records and reports.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of employee relations concepts and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
