Customer Support - Remote Work - Part Time - Events tech startup

Selected persons's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Daily monitoring of live events remotely, flagging & resolving issues
2. Interacting with customer POCs and addressing their queries, doubts
3. Sharing regular feedback with the Product team regarding any challenges, feature requests

Requirements:

1. You are pursuing/ have completed your Bachelor's and have working proficiency in English, and Hindi
2. Prior work experience is highly desirable
3. You have a personal laptop & have good broadband internet connectivity
4. You have a flair for technology and are a problem-solver

Other requirements

1. Being available to work on evenings, especially between 6 pm to 12 am. Usual working hours will be 6 hours.
2. Being available on weekends especially (highest no of events)
3. Taking ownership of ones work without too much supervision

This is a flexible part time role, hence you only need to be available on the day-time you mention your availability. The base pay of 12000 will also vary depending upon the number of days worked considering this is a part-time flexible role. We may add an incentive based on performance.
