Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Computer Vision Intern to join our team remotely for a 4 to 6-month internship. You will work on a real-time waste detection project, gaining hands-on experience in developing and optimizing computer vision models for environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and fine-tune real-time waste detection models using computer vision.
Collaborate with the team to process and analyze large image and video datasets.
Implement and optimize algorithms for waste classification and detection.
Assist in the integration of computer vision models into our waste detection system.
Conduct research on the latest computer vision trends to enhance model performance.
Document progress and maintain clear communication with the team.
Required Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Solid understanding of computer vision and machine learning fundamentals.
Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with OpenCV and object detection frameworks like YOLO.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision techniques.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and applications.

Academic Background:
Open to candidates who graduated in 2022, 2023, 2024, or will graduate in 2025.

Additional Considerations:
Prior experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI and computer vision.
