Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Front-End Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development with a strong emphasis on integrating AI models and frameworks into the user interface. This role requires expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a deep understanding of AI technologies such as Hugging Face, LangChain, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Llama, Claude, and more. The AI Front-End Engineer will work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product designers to deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript. Ensure that the UI is both user-friendly and capable of integrating complex AI-driven features.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate advanced AI models (e.g., GPT-4o, Llama 3.1, Claude 3.5) into the front-end. Use frameworks like LangChain to create context-aware, intelligent interfaces that respond dynamically to user input.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the front-end, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience across different devices. Leverage technologies like Groq for hardware acceleration and Google Cloud AI tools for optimized model deployment.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to translate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences. Communicate technical decisions and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and front-end technologies. Experiment with new frameworks and tools, such as Hugging Face Transformers, Fireworks AI, and RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), to enhance the interactivity and intelligence of our applications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with significant experience in React Native. Proven track record of integrating AI models into front-end applications is essential.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and modern front-end development practices. Experience with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, and Google Gemini is highly preferred.
• AI & ML Understanding: Familiarity with AI concepts and hands-on experience with machine learning models, including Deep Learning, RAGs, and Mixture of Agents. Ability to work with data scientists to deploy these models within front-end applications.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance in AI-powered applications.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
