Role Overview:
We are hiring for a full-time role, a Mumbai-based Business Development Manager who has experience in B2B Tech sales. Bonus if you come from the event industry.
As a Business Development Manager at Warpbay, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to craft and execute strategies that align with Warpbay’s goals.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end Sales & BD process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct thorough research, send hyper-personalized targeted emails, engage effectively on - - LinkedIn, and deliver compelling presentations to attract target organizations' leadership.
- Consistently nurture leads and build relations with department heads.
- Demand generation planning, pipeline management, B2B sales.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders - CEO, Marketing, etc.
Mumbai-based, will work from office.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with Tech Startup or from the MICE industry.
Good understanding of technology.
Skill Set
Strong analytical mindset, capable of data-driven decision-making.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Build a social presence with a focus on LinkedIn
Highly organised in their business development approach.
