Your role on the team
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the front lines of expanding Monitaur’s product suite to companies in need of model governance software. You are passionate about helping people solve problems, you are a fantastic listener, and understand the importance of clear communication and mutually accountable relationships. You have evidence of consistently developing and closing multi-stakeholders sales journeys and have a trail of customers and prospects that consistently reflect positively on their experience with you. You are accountable and collaborative - you want to win and you are invested in the team winning.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a pipeline and hit an annual quota target of net new recurring revenue
Lead Account Based Sales approach in a territory of named accounts
Develop and nurture quality relationships with customers and partners that help to solve their problems and opportunities
Own and execute on the full sales lifecycle for assigned and self-prospected opportunities
Develop insights and learnings that continually help to inform product and marketing strategies
Own timely documentation, management, and communication of sales activities through core CRM systems
Maintain mutual alignment and accountability between Monitaur and prospective customers
Required skills and qualifications
3-5 years enterprise sales experience
3-5 years experience selling software-as-a-service
Proven sales methodology and process
Self-sufficient when needed (you will be enabled, but you know how to make things happen on your own if you have to)
Evidence of consistent quota achievement
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
Familiarity with the machine learning ecosystem
Familiarity with risk management and corporate strategies for governance
Experience selling into regulated industries
Experience selling AI and/or data-based software and services
Experience with account-based sales and marketing alignment
