Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic organizational analysis project for the New York City Dagency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within the public sector, with a focus on organizational analysis and restructuring. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring that timelines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and communication with stakeholders is effective.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to conduct organizational analysis.
Coordinate with agency and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to agency leadership.
Ensure effective communication among team members and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the public sector.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP Certificate is a plus.
