What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales plans.
• Find and exploit new market opportunities.
• Build, motivate and guide sales team.
• Set and hit sales targets.
• Review performance and give feedback.
• Build and maintain key customer connections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
• Track sales performance.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement.
