Product Head - Director/Sr Director

Job Summary: Rubick.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director / Senior Director, Product to lead our product management function. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving the success of our B2B enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, strategic planning, and leadership within the enterprise tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
Product Development and Management:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
Leadership and Team Management:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product management team.
Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure the team is aligned with the company’s vision and values.
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Act as the primary product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition internally and externally.
Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
Continuously optimize the product development process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the B2B enterprise tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products (AI technologies preferred).
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the enterprise tech space.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
