Job Title: Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-Based (5%) for 1 month. If satisfactory performance then 10,000 per month and 5% commission from 2nd month onwards.
Job Overview:
Vermi Organics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by reaching out to leads provided by the company. This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary initially, but it offers a great opportunity for growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Make daily calls to potential customers from the leads provided by Vermi Organics.
Sales Generation: Persuade and convert leads into customers, focusing on promoting our range of organic products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Growth Opportunity: After 3 months, if you generate sufficient sales, you'll be promoted to a salaried position with a base salary of ₹10,000 + incentives.
