About the job

Endpoint Management: Installing and configuring endpoint security solutions such as Jump Cloud and Intune to protect company devices and hands-on DLP software.
 Identity and Access Management: Manage user identities and access privileges across Google Workspace, Office 365, and Active Directory environments.
 Network Administration: Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points through patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
 Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for both macOS and Windows devices, resolving user issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards by implementing and maintaining ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 controls.
Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Scripting: (potentially required for automation) PowerShell and Bash are a plus.
