Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Shiftring Packers and Movers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the moving and relocation sector.
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and close deals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, relocation, or service industry.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
