Keploy is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Independent Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the tech or software industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As an Independent Sales Agent, you will be responsible for representing Keploy’s innovative software solutions, generating leads, and closing sales deals. This role offers the flexibility of working independently with a competitive commission structure, where you can earn 20% on every sale you generate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers, particularly in the software development and IT sectors, through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads interested in Keploy’s cutting-edge testing solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Present and demonstrate Keploy’s products to potential customers, effectively communicating the unique value proposition and technical benefits. Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue for Keploy.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact between Keploy and the customer. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Provide valuable feedback to the Keploy team on customer needs, potential product enhancements, and emerging market trends.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and sales results regularly to Keploy’s management. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the software, technology, or SaaS industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a way that resonates with prospective customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: This is a commission-only position, with a generous commission rate of 20% on all sales generated. The commission structure offers unlimited earning potential for top performers.
