Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead with 2-4 years of experience to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various ad platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. This role is tailored for someone who will work with our SMB customers in the US beauty and wellness sector, with plans to expand to other categories in the future. Candidates with strong SEM (Google Ads) experience will be given preference.
This role demands a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with the product team and our SMB customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive traffic, and generate leads for our SMB customers.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content for marketing purposes, including website content, social media content, and more.
- Demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategies and digital media optimization towards business goals (ROI and KPIs) using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze data to measure the impact, identify new opportunities, and continuously improve growth performance.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing efforts align with product goals and customer needs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing across various ad platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in overseeing the creation of high-quality digital content.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business goals through digital marketing (ROIs and KPIs).
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Understanding of the US marketing landscape, especially regarding offline businesses (SMBs).
