Community Manager

Role Overview:
As a Community Manager at IBC Group, you will be instrumental in building and engaging with the community. You will oversee social media accounts, forums, and other online communities, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among members. Additionally, you will manage the ambassador program, community quests, the airdrop point systems, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the clients’ communities across various platforms.
Foster active participation in forums and other online communities, responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and encouraging meaningful interactions.
Oversee the Ambassador program, coordinating activities, and supporting ambassadors in their efforts to promote the projects.
Manage the execution of community quests and the airdrop point system, ensuring fair and transparent distribution of rewards.
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to engage the community and build relationships among members.
Gather feedback from the community to inform product and service improvements, and report on community metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in community management, preferably within the web3 or blockchain space.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for web3 technology and decentralized communities.
