Prerequisites:

  • Educational Background: MBA, BBA, or any other business-related degree are preferred. We'll consider engineers with a very strong background in sales.
  • Long-Term Career Goals: Aiming for a career in B2B SaaS/Tech in international markets such as North America, UK, and Europe.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior marketing/sales internship experience.

What You'll Be Up To:

  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with the founding team on demand generation activities.

  • GTM Process: Involve in market research, launching, and managing outbound campaigns.

  • Client Deliverables: Assist in creating data analysis and presentations.

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and evaluate outbound campaigns using email and LinkedIn.

  • Research: Conduct research on accounts and contacts to inform the team's fieldwork.

  • Copywriting: Use copywriting skills to personalize outbound communication.

  • Insight Extraction: Review and extract insights from meeting transcripts.

  • Framework Development: Develop frameworks and processes for scaling GTM practices.

  • Tech Stack Management: Manage parts of the operational tech stack, such as AirTable, Zapier, Notion, etc.

  • Cross-Functional Work: Work cross-functionally within the company.

  • Team Bonding: Participate in weekend outings and team trips to build lasting connections.
