Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales, LATAM to spearhead Onebeat's growth across the Latin American market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, expanding Onebeat’s regional footprint, and building a high-performing sales team. This role requires a sales leader with a strong background in retail technology and SaaS sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the LATAM region, aligned with Onebeat's revenue and growth objectives. A background in Challenger Sales methodology is an advantage.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with Onebeat’s mission and values.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the retail tech and SaaS sectors, driving client acquisition and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning Onebeat’s solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Market Insights: Analyze LATAM market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and keep Onebeat at the forefront of industry developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with greater Sales team, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and drive unified business outcomes.
- Travel Requirements: Travel throughout the LATAM region to support sales activities, strengthen client relationships, and facilitate team coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in professional sales roles, with at least 3 years in direct people management.
- Industry Expertise: Proven success in retail technology sales, with substantial experience in SaaS solutions.
- Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performance sales team. Forecasting accuracy and target achievement are key.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Preferred Background: Experience in ERP, planning, or logistics management is a significant advantage. Also, a background in Consulting is an advantage.
- Location Flexibility: Based in Mexico or Colombia, with the capacity for frequent travel across LATAM.
- Fluent in English
- Experience using Hubspot, Tl;dv, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator among other tools.
