We're seeking an Operations Intern to help us run successful cohorts and build a foundation for more programs in Design. It's an exciting role with tremendous growth potential and involves working with designers, design leaders, and a high functioning team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning out the program calendar, coordinating with mentors/instructors/designers, and ensuring a smooth experience for all involved
• Documenting processes and automating repetitive processes (can be learned on the job)

Format:

• This role is primarily remote with occasional visits to Bangalore, and travel if necessary for in person workshops (travel will be compensated for)
