Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business pipeline in the multifamily sector. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as an SDR or in a sales role with a quota. Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the multifamily housing space to introduce AppWork and identify opportunities.
- Email Outreach: Create and send tailored emails to prospects to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media tools to identify and engage with potential leads.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an SDR or in a sales role with a quota.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems, with a preference for candidates who have used HubSpot.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote work. Candidates should be located in or near Gainesville, FL, and be willing to work in the office up to 3 days a week. There may also be some travel involved as part of the role.
