As a Community Sales Manager for OneBook, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of verified local service professionals. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding service providers across multiple industries to join the OneBook platform. Your efforts will contribute to building a vibrant and diverse community of trusted professionals, enhancing the user experience for customers seeking their services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Prospective Service Professionals: Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential service professionals in the plumbing, electric, cleaning, home repair, HVAC, landscaping, and related fields. Target individuals and businesses that have a strong reputation in their communities.
Outreach and Networking: Actively reach out to service professionals through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, industry events, and local meetups. Establish a strong network of contacts within the service provider community.
Presenting the OneBook App: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of the OneBook app and its features to prospective service professionals. Highlight how our platform can enhance their visibility, reputation, and customer reach.
Onboarding and Verification: Guide service professionals through the registration and onboarding process on the OneBook app. Assist them in providing the necessary documentation and information for verification to ensure their credibility and trustworthiness on the platform.
Relationship Management: Foster positive and long-term relationships with service professionals, acting as their primary point of contact with OneBook. Address any queries, concerns, or technical issues they may encounter, ensuring a smooth experience.
Market Insights: Gather valuable market insights by actively engaging with service professionals and staying up-to-date with industry trends and demands. Provide feedback to the OneBook team to improve the platform and its offerings.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for service professional acquisition and verification, contributing to the overall growth and success of the OneBook platform.

Leveraging a background in services, sales, online platforms, community management, and customer support.
This position is part-time/contract 100% commission based to start and, after proven success, will transition to a full-time role.
OneBook is a St Petersburg, FL based distributed team and the ideal candidate can be located anywhere.
