GTMDialogues is a GTM focused community and scale-up platform for B2B companies. Build with a larger mission to “help B2B startups scale” and spread the impact to the long tail of founders. The strategy is to engage deeply with the B2B community and create a strong knowledge base, network and expertise around the B2B tech landscape.
GTMDialogues started as a small community with its activities at Pune and after establishing itself as the largest SaaS community at Pune, it has now started expanding activities in cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. The community today has outreach to 20,000+ SaaS focused audiences.
As a part of its scale up platform, it has started two practices in house. One of the practices is Investment Banking practice wherein the practice will be focused on helping early stage B2B startups raise their first cheque through investors. The 2nd practice that we have recently started is Inbound Marketing practice wherein the practice will be focused on setting up an inbound demand generation engine for early stage founders.

*Role Description: *
- Build and manage Social Media calendar of the community activities. Manage and track progress of all social media channels of GTMDialogues.
- Create and publish the content as per the Social media calendar.
- Build and manage the Email Campaign calendar for different activities of the organization. Create the draft impactful emails and run the campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Manage and track progress of email campaigns.
- Leverage different content emerging from the event (such as presentations, dialogues, webinars) and convert into high quality blog and social media posts and publish them.
- Engage with and respond to GTMDialogues audiences and community members through social media channels.
- Create monthly reports on overall progress on various digital engagements.
- Collaborate with other team members for overall orchestrated efforts around Social Media, and Email campaigns
- Create high quality video content from the raw videos created from the offline events.
*Expected skills: *
- Individuals should be very organized and structured with the work.
- The individual should be high on organizational skills, collaboration skills, attention to details and process oriented.
- Individuals should have good exposure to content creation tools such as Canva etc.
- Individuals should have good exposure to email and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot etc.
- Ability to write high quality blogs optimized for SEO.
- Exposure to GenAI tools for content creation would be good or eagerness to learn these tools would be good.
- Some exposure to video creation tools would be an added advantage.
- The individual should enjoy networking and should be excited about helping community members.
